This research was conducted to investigate the current instructional practices and problems of
instruction of ITB373 Export and Import Management, field of study International Business, Faculty of
Business Administration and the needs for instruction improvement of instructors. The finding was
based on a survey of 76 students registered in ITB373 Export and Import Management in the second
semester of the 2553 academic year. A sample of 76 students was drawn by using the random sampling
technique. Statistics used for analyzes of the data included percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The results of the study were that the instructorss teaching technique practices, personality
practices, instructional media practices, and evaluation practices were rated at a high level. Moreover,
most respondents reported to have low levels of problems with instructor's current instructional
practices. They also suggested that the instructor should give more examples and assign more suitable
exercises in order to help develop students.
