As well as to study the satisfaction of learning that affects the academic achievement of students in the MGT345 entrepreneurship and startup sripatum university. The researcher determined the sample group for this research was so business administration students enrolled in MGT345 entrepreneurship and startup sripatum university. The semester 1, academic year 2020. The researcher analyzed the data from all the questionnaires collected, analyze and process data by using a statistical package by specifying the level of significance 0.05. The statistics used for data analysis in this study were as follows: frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis for the statistical significance used in this analysis was given at levels .05 and .01 The results of the research found that the satisfaction factor in the teaching and learning management of the students was at a high level. In personal factors, diffirence personal factors made no different operasion on academic achievement. And study the relationship of online teaching management model affecting student achievement in MGT370Innovation and Business Idea Development Sripatum University. As well as to study the influence of online teaching and learning modeling on learning achievement of students in the MGT370 Innovation and Business Idea Development Sripatum University. The sample group used in this research was 132 students from the Faculty of Business Administration who enrolled in the MGT370 Innovation and Business Idea Development Academic Year 2021. The researcher analyzed the data from all the questionnaires collected, analyze and process data by using a statistical package by specifying the level of significance 0.05. The online teaching management model was related to the students' academic achievement in MGT370 Innovation and Business Idea Development. However the relationship between all variables all have the same direction. The correlation coefficient between the variables was positive have the size of the relationship or the correlation coefficient was between 0.608 to 0.916 with a statistically significant level of 0.01. And the online teaching management model influencing students' academic achievement in MGT370 MGT370 Innovation and Business Idea Development Sripatum University high level
