รายการ A Guideline on the Change Management in Thai Language Programs at Universities in Yunnan Province, China(International Journal of Managrmant, Business, and Economics, 2565-12) Li Yang; Waraporn Thaima; Sirinthorn SinjindawongAn important problem in the development of Thai language department at present is a number of executive’s lack of management leadership that reflects on educational management. The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China, 2) find a guideline for the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China; and 3) assess a management guideline for the change in Thai language courses of universities in Yunnan Province, China. A group chat was used as quantitative research, using a questionnaire. The 5-level estimation scale was a tool for collecting data. Samples in this research study were administrators, teachers and staffs. A total of 126 participants were randomized using multistage randomization. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by mean and standard deviation and content analysis. The results of the research revealed that a study on the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China. An overall picture was that when considering the aspect from the highest to the least average, it was found that the top 4 were leadership of the executives, vision of the executives, personnel in change management, and change management structure, respectively. In addition, an assessment of the appropriateness and feasibility of the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China found that the overall average was at a high level. Article 3 translates the vision of Thai language discipline into policies, plans, strategies, work plans, structures and activities, with approach questions number 6 open to opportunities. Engaging personnel to participate in the promotion and development of potential had the highest average with the highest mean (X = 4.60, S.D. = 0.55), followed by the first approach defining a vision that facilitates change. Managing work were resulted from the participation of personnel and Article 5 had a policy to create incentives set environment and create engagement of personnel. There were high averages (X = 4.40, S.D. = 0.55). The guidelines for the change management in Thai language discipline of universities in Yunnan, China were 6 items. This module can be used as a medium to enhance an active learning environment in classrooms and to achieve the expected learning outcome in teaching an Introduction to Human Resource Management (BSC260). The Introduction to HRM course represents one of many core courses in the major of International Business Management program of undergraduate studies at the International College, Sripatum University. The target samples of the study are students in the second year of their study plan in academic term 1/2018. There are in total 23 students who participated in this course. The researcher suggests that the module of outcome matrix template is useful and helpful for teachers in many ways: Not only that this module can be modified and adapted as a tool to help the lecturer in preparing the lessons plan and activities to achieving the course’s learning outcomes. It can also be utilized as a guideline of students’ activity assessment in classrooms. By reviewing all teaching approaches at the end of the course, the verifying standards of student achievement according to TQF3 is accomplished. Students’ grade report and feedback are also discussed.รายการ A Development of Holistic Leadership Causal Model for Administrators of Schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in the Northeastern of Thailand(Veridian E-Journal, Silpakorn University, International (Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts), 2561-07) Chalermchai Daendee; Narongrith Intanam; Sirinthorn SinjindawongTheobjectives of the research entitled “A Development of Holistic Leadership Causal Model for Administrators of Schools under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area in the Northeastern of Thailand” were to, 1) develop and validate the holistic leadership causal modelfor administrators to confront the empirical data, 2) estimate direct and indirect effect of causal variables that affecting the holistic leadership, and 3) test the difference of holistic leadership causal model among small, medium, and large school. The sample was 1,050 administrators of schools under the office of secondary educational service area in the northeastern of Thailand. The sampling was using the stratified random sampling technique. The research instruments were 6 questionnaires whichconsisted of -rating scale. These questionnaire revealed that there were conformity to content validity(IOC=0.80–1.00), construct validity 2 df=0.027–1.961, p > 0.50), high reliability (= 0.742 –0.932), and high discrimination(rit=0.458 –0.796). The data were analyzed using the structural equation model analysis through the Mplus version 7.3 program.1. The finding of the holistic leadership causal model for administrators which developed in this research was conformity with the empirical data (2= 483.822, df=338, 2/df=1.431, p=0.4786, CFI=0.996, TLI=0.996, RMSEA=0.020, SRMR=0.017). 2. The findings of direct and indirect effects of holistic leadership causal model revealed that 2.1) variables were direct effect consisted of creative thinking, trust, and organizational culture variable. Its effect sizes were 0.094,0.149 and 0.753 with statistical significance at .01 level, and 2.2) variables were indirect effect consisted of emotional quotient and organizational context variable. Its effect sizes were 0.889 and 0.791 with statistical significance at .01 level. 3. The findings of the testing in the difference of holistic leadership causal model among small, mediumand large school revealed that these model were invariancein form (2=1627.002, df=1096, p > 0.05), but it were variance in parameter(2= 15.160, df=4, p < 0.05).รายการ The Direction to International Standards in Thai Private Higher Education(International Journal of Management, Business, and Economics (IJMBE), 2562-05) Yasumasa Mori, Waraporn Thaima, and Sirinthorn SinjindawongThe purpose of this paper is 1) To study the current status of internationalization of Thai private higher education institutions, 2) To analyze various measures for future internationalization based on the current situations and 3) To suggest the direction of international development of private higher education institutions. A questionnaire (closed-ended questions) was conducted with 11 items regarding specific activities related to internationalization for 15 private higher education institutions. These 15 institutions were the ones that obtained cooperation from four regions according to the typical regional division of Thailand. The reliability coefficient was 0.87 (Cronbach’s alpha). According to the analysis results based on the five categories, the universities showed about 80% or more in all categories, however, in the colleges, it was less than 60% except for more than 80% of category 4 and 5. As conclusions, while the universities are steadily engaging towards internationalization in all categories, the colleges have fundamental issues to be improved.รายการ The Effectiveness of Questioning Technique on students in the subject of BSC 364 International Business, Sripatum International College(Sripatum University, 2558) Manassanan Lyn PrajitmutitaThe aim of this classroom action research is to investigate the effectiveness of questioning techniuqe on students in the subject of BSC 364 Internaional Marketing. The population of this study was seven students of International Program who took the subject for semester 2, year 2015. The pre- and post-tests were administered for assessing the effectiveness of the questionining technique. The analysis techniques used were the growth score and the relative gain score. The growth score was the result of post- minuses pre-test scores, whereas the relative gain scores showed the percentage of development level where the ‘hit ceiling effect’ was taken into account. The results of this study disclose significant information regarding the improvement of teaching techique beyond expectation. Besides the remarkable improvement shown by high relative gain scores, the effectiveness of questioning techniques is expressed through the classroom climate. With questioning tachnique, students have higher attention, more focus and show greater engagement in the class. The passive classroom has turned into a lively and vividly active atmostphere. The interaction between lecturer and students and among students directly promote the learning outcome. Population groups are Bachelor of Science students Aviation Safety Management Program at College of Aviation & Transportation Sripatum University, 205 persons. This research uses survey research methodology. The research tools consisted of questionnaires and interviewed experts. The research found that 1) Educational management of the Bachelor of Science Aviation Safety Management Program at College of Aviation & Transportation Sripatum University overall are at a high level and when considered in each aspect, it was found that academic, financial, physical, and management whose opinions are at a high level respectively. 2) Educational management of the Bachelor of Science Aviation Safety Management Program at College of Aviation & Transportation Sripatum University consists of (1) The vision is the aviation safety management learning center of Thailand. The sample of this study were students who registered in the ENG111 course for academic year 2016, semester one, in section number 32, 33 and 86 with 67 people (Census). The descriptive statistics were used for analysis and presentation of the results of the study on students’ achievement; they were: frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation and the students’ behavior narration from obtaining teaching strategies of the English language course. The results of the study of General English teaching based on the students’ learning styles in ENG111 course found that the appropriate teaching strategy must be considered for creating a positive attitude of the students taking the English courses. The main objectives were 1) to compare the student's academic achievement before and after receiving the learning activities using games as a learning base 2) to study the students' motivation towards the learning activities. Learn by using games as a learning base. 3) To compare the student's motivation towards learning activities using games as a learning base. Before and after learning 4) to study the satisfaction of students towards the learning activities using games as a learning base. 5) to compare the students' satisfaction with the arrangement of game-based learning committees before and after entering the class. The aim of the research is to develop a curriculum by using computer games to improve learning and motivate students to learn. Using a qualitative research model to collect data. By observing and measuring the achievement of students' academic performance together with quantitative research (Quantitative) by using a questionnaire as a tool to collect data from 60 students in the department of Cruise Business Management the findings were summarized in terms of motivation for attendance and participation in class. Including students' satisfaction with the use of games in teaching and learning development. It was found that the students were motivated to participate in game-based teaching and learning. More than regular lecture-style teaching that do not use games as a medium to insert teaching and learning activities and from questioning and observing of classroom teaching, the traditional teaching and learning activities that the instructors did not bring in participatory activities by using games as a learning base. It is a regular teaching and lecture. Students get bored there is no novelty in teaching and it makes students feel less enthusiastic about learning. And did not pay attention to learning as they should the results of the comparison of satisfaction with learning activities it was found that the satisfaction of the students in all 4 aspects was the satisfaction with the learning activities using games as the learning base before and after entering the class. It was found that 3 aspects were to promote learning. Participation in teaching and learning and academic achievement the students were more satisfied with using the game format in teaching than the normal learning. Another aspect that is not different is participation in classroom activities. This research focus on development of learning content and appropriate adoption for teaching including to development how to teach accordingly between content of Fundamental Art and Interior Design subjects. The independent variables are a Prior basic knowledge of art and the application of interior design skills and the dependent variables are the developing of Interior design by the content of the research aim to adoption the fundamental art to applicative on INT 211courses in the academic year 2554. The population for this study consisted of students enrolled in the course INT211 year 2554 by 68 persons with a quiz to assess their knowledge of the fundamental art before learning INT211subject. The development evaluation is to application the knowledge of interior design by the assessment of the designed characteristics by concretely description. The achievement of teaching will be assessed both prior learning and adaption for guideline to evaluation interior design. The research showed that continuity of the fundamental art adoption to interior design on INT211 courses was less influence. Because of students lack of interesting or suggestion about the importance of fundamental art to interior design, both of project designs score showed that the quality of design was better, but the dimensions of the fundamental art for design was rarely used by students. The research methodology was a survey research. The population was 10 students which register compensation management course in second semester of 2011 academic year. Sample size was 10 people and selected by accidental sampling. The data was analyzed by computer package program and the statistical data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results showed that the most sample was male, studying in human resource management, faculty of Graduate College of Management, the one year students, take this class from more than ten times a semester and self study for this course study method. Four types of research instruments were included; (1) a data record, (2) an interview form, (3) a questionnaire, and (4) an observation form. This research was conducted within six months and the researcher himself collected data. The descriptive statistics for quantitative data used in this research comprised frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. As for qualitative data, content analysis and qualitative theme classification method were used. The significant research findings were as follows: 1. The evaluation of context, input, process, and product of teaching and learning in the subject “ECN520 Managerial Economics” in semester 2/2011 found that all the variables met the acceptable standard. The selected variables for better improvement consisted of (1) input factor; lecturers’ doctorates, lecturers’ teaching experiences, the readiness of course syllabus, teaching plan and teaching document, and teaching material preparation, and (2) process factor; teaching and learning activities, technology use, and interaction between lecturers and students. 2. There were 15 suggestions of teaching and learning in the subject ECN520 comprising (1) context factor; three suggestions, (2) input factor; five suggestions, (3) process factor; four suggestions, and (4) product factor; three suggestions. Two types of research instruments were included; (1) a data record and (2) an interview form. This research was conducted within twelve months and the researcher herself collected data. The descriptive statistics for quantitative data used in this research comprised frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. Moreover, qualitative data, content analysis and qualitative theme classification method were used. The significant research findings were as follows: 1. The evaluation of context, input, process, and product of teaching and learning in the subject “ENG 233 English for Room Division Operations” in semester 2/2019 found that all the variables seen the acceptable standard. The source of data and the key informants were divided into two categories; (1) documents and (2) persons selected by purposive selection technique. Four types of research instruments were included as ; (1) a data record, (2) an interview form, (3) a questionnaire, and (4) an observation form. This research was conducted ithin six months and the researcher himself collected data. The descriptive statistics for quantitative data used in this research comprised frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. As for qualitative data, content analysis and qualitative theme classification method were used. The significant research findings were as follows: 1.
