รายการ Customer Satisfaction toward the Marketing Mix of Big C Supercenter at Suwannaphum Branch in Roi Et Province(2565-01-15) Itsarin Tisantia; Kingkeaw Pornapiraksakul; Natsapan PaopunThis research aims to study demographic factors and measure levels of customer satisfaction toward the marketing mix of Big C Supercenter at Suwannaphum Branch in Roi Et Province. The research hypothesis is that customers of different genders, ages, statuses, education levels, occupations, and average monthly incomes have different levels of satisfaction toward the marketing mix. The researcher carried out a customer satisfaction survey, applied purposive sampling, and collected data from questionnaires that were filled in by 400 customers. The data were analyzed using T-Test and F Test (One-Way ANOVA). The analysis of demographic data showed that most of the respondents were female students who were single and under the age of 20. The majority of the respondents whose education levels were lower than a bachelor’s degree had an average monthly income of no more than 10,000 baht. The analysis of customer satisfaction toward the marketing mix (7Ps) revealed that the overall satisfaction stood at 4.36 ( X ). “Product” gained the highest satisfaction, followed by “People,” “Price,” “Place,” “Promotion,” “Physical Evidence,” and “Process” respectively. As for the results of the hypothesis test, customers of different genders had the same level of satisfaction; however, customers of different ages, statuses, education levels, occupations, and income levels had different levels of satisfaction at a significance level of 0.05.รายการ Incentives to Affect the Performance of Personnel Under the Governing Body in Kalasin Province(2565-01-15) Kanyarat Phakdikumjorn; Natsapan PaopunThis study aims to be (1.) to study the level of motivation of personnel under the government office in Kalasin Province (2.) to study the operational efficiency of personnel under the administrative office in Kalasin Province (3.) to study the relationship between motivations that affect the performance of personnel under the office. In Kalasin Province, the research population is 400 people affiliated with the government in Kalasin province, the instruments used in the study are questionnaires, the rating scale estimates with a total confidence value of 95%, the statistics used to analyze the data are frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, and hypothesis test. T-test, F-test and regression analysis, findings showed. The sample, mainly female, between the ages of 36 and 45, undergraduate degree, has a salary rate of more than 15,001 baht, marital status, working at the district administration office and operating period 11-15. The objective of this research is to study about the marketing factor of Thai Airways and the decision factor in the selection of services during the COVID-19 crisis of the working-age population in Bangkok. The online questionnaire was the main tool for collecting the data from 400 working-age population in Bangkok. Using these data to calculate the value of descriptive statistic which are the value of mean ,percentage ,and standard deviation by t-test and f-test and regression. The result has proven that the personal factors are not affect to the decision of the working-age population who used to travel with Thai Airways. Sahaskhan Branch, Kalasin Province (3) to study the level of customer satisfaction at the Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives. The population used in this research were: There were 136 personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. The instrument used in the study was an experimental questionnaire (Try out) used with a non-target population. but with similar characteristics, a total of 30 people were analyzed for confidence. (Reliability) of the questionnaire by finding the alpha coefficient of Cronbrach's Alpha. 1. Quality of working life of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the highest average was pride in the organization. and the lowest mean is the return that is sufficient and fair. As for the level of commitment of people from the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province as a whole is at a high level. The populations were 175 people of Petroleum Trading Laos Public Company Limited, Lao People's Democratic Republic. The instruments used in this study were statistical methods and calculated various values such as frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation for the difference test, and a comparative analysis of personal factors and personnel development factors in working that affect the performance of personnel of Petroleum Trading Laos Public Company Limited, Lao People's Democratic Republic: using statistical t-test, One-way ANOVA. : F-test and Pearson Correlation in hypothesis testing at significance level 0.05 or 95% confidence level. The results revealed that most of the populations were female, aged 31-40 years graduated with bachelor's degrees. They worked 11-15 years and had a monthly income of THB 15,001 - 20,000. The analysis revealed that the highest opinions on personnel development factors in their work were: self-learning, training, and job rotation, respectively. The cost of lose opportunity in treating damage of profitability and the payment to compensate profits, profitability and ability to pay off future liabilities.รายการ การประเมินการจัดการเรียนการสอนวิชา IMG 527 การบริหารดำเนินงานและการผลิต(Sripatum University, 2554) ณัฐสพันธ์ เผ่าพันธ์; Natsapan PaopunThe objectives of this evaluation research were (1) to evaluate teaching and learning in the subject “IMG 527 Operation and production management,” and (2) to give suggestions about the development and improvement of teaching and learning in the subject of IMG 527. The source of data and the key informants were divided into two categories; (1) documents and (2) persons selected by purposive selection technique. Four types of research instruments were included as ; (1) a data record, (2) an interview form, (3) a questionnaire, and (4) an observation form. This research was conducted ithin six months and the researcher himself collected data. The descriptive statistics for quantitative data used in this research comprised frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation. As for qualitative data, content analysis and qualitative theme classification method were used. The significant research findings were as follows: 1. The evaluation of context, input, process, and product of teaching and learning in the subject “IMG 527 Operation and production management” in semester 2/2011 found that all the variables met the acceptable standard. The selected variables for better improvement consisted of (1) input factor; lecturers’ doctorates, lecturers’ teaching experiences, the readiness of course syllabus, teaching plan and teaching document, and teaching material preparation, and (2) process factor; teaching and learning activities, technology use, and interaction between lecturers and students. 2. There were 15 suggestions of teaching and learning in the subject of IMG 527 comprising (1) context factor; three suggestions, (2) input factor; five suggestions, (3) process factor; four suggestions, and (4) product factor; three suggestions. The evaluation information and those suggestions should be utilized for developing and improving this subject in the 2012 academic year.
