รายการ Air Travel Behavior and Attitude of Domestic Passengers toward Low Cost Airline Services(CHOPHAYOM JOURNAL, 2562-09) Chuleewan Praneetham; Prasert Sitthijirapat; Jaree Phrommana; Jutarat LaophramThe purpose of the research was to study the air travel behavior and attitude of domestic passengers toward low-cost airline services. The samples of the study were 400 Thai passengers selected by purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by different methods as follows: percentage and frequency were used to analyzed basic data. Mean and standard deviation were used to analyze attitude toward low-cost airline services. Pearson chi-square was used to analyze the relationship between demographic factors on behavior toward air travel, t-test was used to analyze passengers’ attitudes toward low-cost airline services with different genders, and One-way-ANOVA was used to analyze passengers’ attitude toward low-cost airline services by age, education, and occupation factors. The study indicated that the main objective for flying was leisure. The respondents came along with 2-3 companions. They used service 1-5 times yearly. Most of them traveled on Monday to Friday, reserved air tickets via airline mobile application. They, mostly, bought tickets 1 month in advance, and paid by credit card. Most of them checked in via checked-in counter. They searched and received the information about the airline services from the internet. The research findings revealed that personal factors; gender, age, education, and occupation were highly correlated with consumers’ behavior of low cost airlines at the 0.05 level of statistical significance. The passengers had high level of satisfaction for check-in, boarding service, and baggage services. Results also showed that different gender, age, education, and occupation factors were not difference significantly to attitude of domestic passengers toward low-cost airline services. The information from this research can be used to set a plan for marketing mix strategy of low cost airline in order to increase the number of their customers.รายการ Competency Development of the Hotel Staff in Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province(CHOPHAYOM JOURNAL, 2561-11) Nisarat Thaithong; Chuleewan Praneetham; Matthew Noades; Prasert SitthijirapatThe purposes of the research were: 1) to develop the competencies of the hotel staff in Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province, 2) to compare the competencies of the hotel staff before and after training, and 3) to survey the satisfaction of the participants with the training course. The sample subjects of the study were fifty hotel staff in Koh Samui selected by purposive random sampling. The research instruments were 1) a training course, 2 pre-test and post-test, 3) a 5-point rating scale questionnaire, and 4) an open-ended questionnaire. The statistics used were the percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation, and t-test was used for hypothesis testing. The findings revealed that: 1) the training helped to enhance the personnel' competencies on service mind, cross-cultural competency, human relations, team work, personality / emotion control and problem-solving., 2) the hotel staff’s post-test scores were higher than the pre-test scores with statistical significance at the .01 level., and 3) the participants confirmed that they were satisfied with the training program and gained more knowledge, competencies, and skills. Improving employees’ competencies is necessary and could improve the performance, job, and satisfaction of organization. Therefore, education and training for enhancing career and development of competencies should beprovided to hotel staff and the personnel in the tourism and service industries in order to improve organization development and gain competitive advantage.รายการ Factors Affecting the Intention of Digital Transformation of Thai Agricultural Entrepreneurs(Sripatum University, 2565-10) Ravipa Akrajindanon; Anupong Avirutha; Prasert Sitthijirapat; Supawadee Hamanee; Monton Tongpanung; Supreeya SangthongThe objective of the study is to examine the factors, including perceived of technology and digital readiness significantly affect to digital transformation in the Thai agricultural entrepreneurs. A total of 300 usable samplings of e-marketplace customers are obtained. The findings reveal that the predictor variables of digital technology (β = 0.643, t = 15.541, P = 0.009), perceived of attributes of innovation (β = 0.173, t = 3.793, P = 0.000), digital readiness (β = 0.109, t = 2.631, P = 0.000), are achieved significance at the 0.05 level.รายการ Relationship Between Quality of Work Life and Organizational Commitment of Personnel Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Khon Kaen Province(Sripatum University Press, 2565-01-15) Kunchaya Choltjittraporn; Natsapan Paopun; Prasert SitthijirapatThe objectives of this study is to (1) study personal factors affecting engagement to the organization of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province (2) study the opinion level of quality of work life affecting the organizational commitment of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province (3) find the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment of personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. The population used in this research were 136 personnel of the Public Prosecutor's Office Region 4 in Khon Kaen Province. The instrumental used in this research was an experimental questionnaire (try out) used with a non-target population but with an characteristics, a total 30 people were analyzed for confidence. The questionnaire by finding the alpha coefficient of Cronbrach's Alpha.รายการ Self-care Behavior of Monks with Chronic Kidney Disease(CHOPHAYOM JOURNAL, 2561-11) Warunsiri Praneetham; Prasert Sitthijirapat; Kanchana KiatkanonThe purpose of this research was to study self-care behavior of the Monks with Chronic Kidney Disease. Sample of this research was 150 Monks at Priest hospital, Bangkok. Questionnaire has been employed to collect data which consists of two parts. The first part was demographic data of Monks. The second part was self-care of the monks in five dimensions, 53 questions, which are self-routine during one month, food habits, exercise, stress management, adaptation under doctor’s order, and seeking medical treatment behavior. Statistic to be used in this study was frequency, percentage, and standard deviation. The findings found that 95.3 percent of respondents were 50 years old and upper with co-morbid included Diabetes, Hypertension, Heart Disease and Dyslipidemia, and 4.7 percent with CKD. The average self-care behavior in overall was good level. Considering each aspect: the highest level was self-routine behavior during one month, second was seeking medical treatment, and the lowest level was food habits. There should have a campaign to offer a healthy food to the monks, develop or identify the way to promote the health of the monks, and raise the awareness in the care and management of monks' health in a holistic and sustainable manner.รายการ The Students’ Decision on Selecting the Accommodations in Surat Thani Province(CHOPHAYOM JOURNAL, 2561-11) Jeerati Poon-Ead; Chuleewan Praneetham; Prasert Sitthijirapat; Nipaporn JongwutiwesThe purposes of this study were 1) to study the decision of the university students on selecting accommodations in Surat Thani province, and 2) to analyze the relationship between marketing mix factors (4Ps) and students’ decision on the selection for accommodations. The samples of the study were 391 undergraduate students selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were the percentage, frequency, mean and standard deviation, and Pearson’s product moment correlation was used for this study. The study indicated that the main purpose of the most students was for traveling and relaxing with their family. They mostly stayed for 2 nights. They booked and preferred mostly a hotel room in advance by phone, and they searched the information about the accommodations from the internet. The research findings revealed that the location and promotion regarding the marketing mix factors were related significantly to the students’ decision on selecting the accommodations at the .01 level. Additionally, the factors for the decision making on the accommodation of the students were price, service, promotion, and location or distribution channels respectively. The study recommended that the hotel staff should be trained to improve language skills. The accommodations must be clean and fully equipped. Moreover, special offers and promotions should be provided clearly on the website and online booking.รายการ ผลของการสอนแบบกรณีศึกษาที่มีต่อผลการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาในรายวชิ า HRM359 การพัฒนาองค์การ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ(Sripatum University, 2556) ประเสริฐ สิทธิจิรพัฒน์; Prasert SitthijirapatThe proposes of this research were to examine The Effect of Learning Achievement on HRM359 Organization Development by Teaching with Case Study, Faculty of Business Administration. The research was also extended to investigation on opinions regarding to case study approach used in the class. After collecting 67 students who enrolled HRM359 Organization Development in the second semester of B.E. 2556 by questionnaire, a computer package was used to calculate statistics such as percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Results showed that students significantly improve their knowledge in the Organization Development. Regarding to student satisfactions, the average level of satisfaction was in “good level”. Participants also provide useful suggestions for instructional practices. For example, appropriate suitable time program should be appointed, and variety of topics in Organization Development would help better understanding of the students
