รายการ A Study of Reading and Writing Skills Hiragana and Katakana by Using YouTube Teaching Materials and Flipped Classroom for Thai Students(The 10th Regional Conference on Graduate Research: Breakthrough Business Creativity, Leading Change, and Reengagement, 2565-08) Satomi Uchino; Sirinthorn SinjindawongThe objectives of this research were:1)to develop effective Hiragana and Katakana YouTube teaching materials and flipped classroom for Thai students.2) to compare the reading skills of Hiragana and Katakana before and after study.3) to study the writing skills of Hiragana and Katakana.and 4)to study the students’ opinions after using YouTube teaching materials and flipped classroom for Thai students.The target group was new first-year high school38 students at Satrinonthaburi School.The research instruments were used are adingtest of Hiragana and Katakana, a writing test, and a questionnaire survey.The data analysis used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation,and t-test dependent.The research results found that 1)effective YouTube teaching materials were developed based on the ADDIE model and Mayer's multimedia design that includes 5 phases called A:Analyze, D:Design, D:Develop, I:Implement, and E:Evaluate.2)the reading skills of Hiragana and Katakana showed afterhigher than before the use of YouTube teaching materials with significant at level .05.3)Flipped classroom using YouTube teaching materials were also found to be effective for writing skills in Hiragana and Katakana.4) the students’ opinions after using YouTube teaching materials and flipped classroom were useful and of high quality.รายการ A Study on Corporate Public Relations and Marketing Strategies in Thailand.(2564-08-08) Pingzu Sun; Vichit U-on; Supin ChaisiripaiboolWith the globalization of the world economy, market competition is becoming more and more intense, and market competition is not only competition of products, but also competition of attention, of the people, of communication and competition. Public relations use various communication strategies, communication means and coordination methods to bring enterprise marketing into a realm of smoothness and quietness, and many enterprises have achieved obvious economic benefits in the practice of successfully applying public relations. Public relations are not only a magic weapon for enterprises to improve their image, but also an indispensable way for modern enterprise marketing. In this paper, the author discusses four chapters: the background, the significance and the research method of selecting the topic: the second chapter is mainly based on the theoretical review of public relations marketing, and how to use public relations tools for research. The third chapter mainly deals with the current situation and problems of public relations marketing. The fourth chapter deals with Thailand’s public relations marketing optimization strategies, which are mainly discussed in terms of the principle of optimizing countermeasures, adjusting organizational structure, improving public relations marketing, and assuming social responsibility.รายการ An Influence of Online Marketing Affecting the Decision Making to Use Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Delivery(2565-08-07) Patcharapont Karnbanjong; Natsapun PaopunThe study of The Influencing of Online Marketing that affects decision making to use Applied Thai Traditional Medicine delivery, Have the objective to study Online Marketing factors, Decision Making factors, and Relations between Online Marketing that affect decision making to use Applied Thai Traditional Medicine delivery. This research was conducted as quantitative research, using the survey research model that uses questionnaires to collect data from a sample population in the Bangkok area of 400 people. Statistics used for Data Analysis and testing the Hypothesis in this research is Descriptive Statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation., and Inferential Statistics such as t-test, F-test, and Regression Analysis. The results of a comparative study of the decision to use Applied Thai Traditional Medicine delivery classified by personal factors have found that at different educational levels the decision to use Applied Thai Traditional Medicine delivery was Statistical significance different. As for other personal factors, the decision to use Applied Thai Traditional Medicine delivery was not different. The results of the test on Influencing of Online Marketing that affects decision making to use Applied Thai Traditional Medicine delivery can be explained that online marketing has a Statistical significance positive effect on the decision to use the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine delivery.รายการ Communication and Digital Marketing Strategies of Online Stores Affecting the Customer Purchasing Decision in Bangkok(2565-08-07) Kawalin Doomluck; Vichit U-on; Supin ChaisiripaiboolDigital marketing could affect consumers' purchasing decisions; therefore, digital marketing communication theory and decision-making process theory will be applied to this research to study the influence of digital marketing communications that affects people's online shopping decisions in Bangkok. This is advantageous to all involved and might even be adopted as a marketing communication strategy for the organization itself. As well as a guideline for application to process purchasing stimulation, making the right consumer purchasing decisions. The research conducted an inquiry into the opinions by sampling 350 participants within the Bangkok area. Using the survey as a method to gather data on online media (google form) to collect the data. Using the data analyzed with the SPSS program, the results showed that respondents commented on how marketing communications affected purchasing decisions on a high level. The results of the individual analysis include: digital advertising has shown that sales by employees through digital media and direct marketing through digital media are also on a high level. To support future competitions.รายการ Management Factors Affecting the Decision to Participate in the Temple Activities of Teenagers in Nakhon Sawan Province(Sripatum University, 2562-08-25) Uthairat Muangsan; Phramaha Jakkaphan SuphasaThe purpose of this study was to study the factors of temple management affecting the decision to participate in the activities of adolescent temples in Nakhon Sawan province, to study the decision to participate in the activities of adolescent temples in Nakhon Sawan province and to study the relationship. Between the factors of the temple management affected the decision to participate in the activities of the temple of teenagers in Nakhom Sawan. The samples used in this study were people living in Nakhon Sawan and in this research, 400 respondents were teenagers living in Nakhon Sawan Province. Questionnaire about Management factors affecting the decision to participate in the temple activities of teenagers in Nakhon Sawan Province the statistics used in this research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and hypothesis testing using t-test for independent sample ANOVA (One-Way ANOVA) Pearson's Correlation and Regression Analysis Research found that. The sample group that answered 400 questionnaires, more than half were female, 63.75 percent, female 36.25 percent. The sample group was 16-20 years old, 49.75 percent. The sample group was 59.75 percent of students. 33.00 percent. The factors of business, clergy / religious affairs of all temples, in total, respondents were at a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.19). When considered in each aspect, the order was ranked in descending order at a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.22), followed by education at a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.20) and public welfare was at a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.15), respectively. The overall environmental management factors in all aspects. Overall, the respondents had a high level of opinion ("X" ̅ = 4.34). When considering each aspect, the average order was ranked in descending order. At a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.41), followed by activities at a high level ("X" ̅ = 4.28). The decision to participate in the activities of the temple of teenagers in Nakhon Sawan Province in all aspects overall, the respondents had a high level of opinion ("X" ̅ = 4.29). Restaurant business has been affected as well. Many restaurants need to adjust themselves in order to respond to consumer demands. Restaurants need to build confidence in consumers to ensure consumers perceive how attentive they are. This research aimed 1) to study marketing factors affecting consumers in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, 2) to study the use of western food restaurant services affecting consumers in Prachuap Khiri Khan province, 3) to study the influence of marketing factors on using western food restaurant services among consumers in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. The sample in the study consists of 400 consumers using western food restaurant services in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. SPSS software package was used to process and analyzed the data. The findings from the study revealed the following demographic data and data related to behaviors of using western food restaurant services as follow: Most of them were men with 21-30 years of age, single, undergraduate students with income lower than 10,000 baht per month. Frequency of using western food restaurant services with their friends was once a month. The reasons for using services were discount promotion and the average spending on food in western restaurant was less than 501 baht. The analysis results found that marketing factors had an influence on using western food restaurant services among consumers in Prachuap Khiri Khan province. When each aspect was taken into consideration, it was found that people, price, product, process, place, promotion, and physical evidence had an influence on using western food restaurant services among consumers in Prachuap Khiri Khan province respectively. Based on the above-mentioned information, it can be implemented and utilized based on academic approach and professional approach for those who are interested in operating a restaurant.รายการ Marketing Factors of Thai Airways Affecting on the Selection of Services During The COVID-19 Pandemic of the Working-Age Populations in Bangkok(2565-08-07) Atichart Ritta-apinan; Natsapan PaopunThis research studies about the marketing factors of Thai Airways affecting decision-making in the selection of services during the COVID-19 crisis of the working-age population in Bangkok. The objective of this research is to study about the marketing factor of Thai Airways and the decision factor in the selection of services during the COVID-19 crisis of the working-age population in Bangkok. The online questionnaire was the main tool for collecting the data from 400 working-age population in Bangkok. Using these data to calculate the value of descriptive statistic which are the value of mean ,percentage ,and standard deviation by t-test and f-test and regression. The result has proven that the personal factors are not affect to the decision of the working-age population who used to travel with Thai Airways. Product ,price ,place ,promotion ,process ,people , and physical evidence factors statistically significant affect the behavior of using services, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited during COVID-19 pandemics at a leve lof 0.05.รายการ Public Opinion Towards Work Administration According to Good Governance Principles of Bangkaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization(2565-08-07) Buhlan Klaysathit; Natsapan PaopanThe purpose of this research was to study work administration according to good governance principles of Bangkaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Chachoengsao District, Chachoengsao Province, namely the rule of law, the principle of morality, the principle of transparency, the principle of participation, the principle of accountability, and the principle of costeffectiveness. The population, used in the study, was the people who lived in the area of Bangkaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Mueang Chachoengsao District, Chachoengsao Province. The sample group consisted of 200 persons. The instrument, used for collecting data, was the questionnaires. Statistics, used for analysis, was percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-Test, and ANOVA. The result of this study indicated that public opinion towards work administration according to good governance principles of Bangkaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization in the aspect of the principle of morality, the principle of cost-effectiveness, the principle of accountability, the principle of transparency, the rule of law, and the principle of participation were at the high level. The result of hypothesis testing revealed that there was no difference for the public opinions among the public with different personal characteristics towards work administration according to good governance principles with statistically significant at 0.05 level.รายการ Quality of Working Life Affecting the Organizational Engagement of Military at Office of Welfare Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarter(Sripatum University, 2565-08) Rada Bhensuwan; Niwat ChantharatThe Macroeconomic volatility and problems encountered within the organization, such as personnel feeling uncomfortable unhappy work dissatisfied with the work done and having no ties to the organization, resulting in the resignation of personnel transfer from organization to which affects the organization in all dimensions, Therefore, this research aims to To study the level of quality of life in working for civil servants of the Military Welfare Office Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters as well as to study the level of commitment to the organization of government officials from the Military Welfare Office Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters and to study the influence of quality of life on organizational commitment of civil servants of the Military Welfare Office Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters and to research and compare the organizational ties of civil servants of the Military Welfare Office Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters Classified by Demographic Variables Data were collected from a sample of 196 people, representing 100 percent. The tools used in the research were questionnaires. The statistics used in this research were 1) descriptive statistics to describe the general information of the sample with Percentage, Mean, Frequency and Standard Deviation and 2) Inferential statistics such as t-test, F-test and Regression Analysis to use To test the research hypothesis The results of the data analysis revealed that Demographic factors including sex, age, educational level, status, period of service And the level of rank did not affect the commitment to the organization. and quality of working life in 4 areas, namely, job characteristics that are beneficial to society Employee rights/constitution in the organization Social participation and acceptance and work-life balance with personal life positively influenced the affiliation with the Military Welfare office's organization Royal Thai Armed Forces Headquarters. Suggestions from the Findings include: 1) Nature of work that is beneficial to society: The organization should have more activities engage with the people and related agencies. 2) Employee rights/ constitution in the organization: The organization should empower its personnel to freely speak to the organization's commander under the military tradition 3) Social participation and acceptance.รายการ The Marketing Mix Factors Affecting the Decision-Making Using Food Delivery Service via Electronic Media in Muang District, Khon Kaen.(2564-08-08) Yongyut Homthong; Supin ChaisiripaiboolThe objective of the study was to investigate the factors which affect the decision-making to use food delivery service via electronic media in Muang district, Khon Kaen. The seven marketing mix factors: product, price, place, promotion, personnel, physical factors, and demographic characteristics (age, education level, occupation, and salary) were used as an instrument to meet the needs of consumers. The research results can use as a guidance for improvement and development for a comprehensive service. The population was consumers who ordered food delivery services via electronic media in Muang district, Khon Kaen. The sample data were collected using 405 questionnaires and analyzed by using the software package. The findings indicated that the factors which affect the decision-making to use food delivery service via electronic media in Muang district, Khon Kaen, were place and process. This is a single-group study (The One-Group Posttest-Only Design) The data collecting using a single group of samples, measure the results and then compared with the criteria whose population is undergraduate students in the Faculty of Logistics and Supply Chain at Sripatum University, 2nd year, with a total of 180 students, and a sample of 40 people were assigned to collect data by simple randomization. The tools used to collect data were: Video-editing program, Video about that topic and lesson plans. The statistics used in the research were percentage values. The objective was to create and design a teaching evaluation system for teachers. This report was shown on dashboard in real time. The processes to develop and design are in 3 phases:The first phase is a study knowledge about data-based and Looker Studio program. Second phase is the creation and design of the results of evaluation report with Looker Studio. For the final phase, reports were designed and developed to apply in a result of teaching evaluation report. There were divided into 4 parts as following: 1) a reporting percentage of students which evaluate in teaching of teachers, 2) a reporting mean of an effective teaching and learning evaluation, 3) a reporting of learning outcome of students, and 4) a reporting in strength and suggestion from students. The results from improvement to perform routine data tasks quickly, reduce work steps, reduce storage, and reduce errors in data analysis. [3-14], คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฎสวนสุนันทา., 2566-05) พลพิพัฒน์ วัฒนเศรษฐานุกุล; จีรนันท์ ธำรงวิศว; สิรินธร สินจินดาวงศ์.The purpose of this research is a study of organizing learning content of subjects in school curriculum to support the 13thNational Economic and Social Development Plan under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2.Population is the head of the school curriculum under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2.The sample size of 46people was selected by simple random sampling.The research tool is a questionnaire.Data collection uses a Google Form to create an online questionnaire.Data was analyzed by frequency, percentage and content analysis. The results showed that Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Bangkok 2 have organized the learning content of the subjects in the school curriculum to support the 13th National Economic and Social Development Plan in all 4 dimensions: economic dimensions, social and human resource dimensions,dimensions of natural resources and the environment and dimensions of public administration.There are 35 schools that provide learning content about lifelong learning skills that meet the needs of future development, representing 76.09 percent.รายการ การศึกษาส่วนผสมทางการตลาดและพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคที่ส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการซื้อที่อยู่อาศัยแนวราบในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ(2566-07) รัชชานนท์ ศรีศุภร; ณัฐสพันธ์ เผ่าพันธ์การศึกษาส่วนผสมทางการตลาดและพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคทีส่งผลต่อความพึงพอใจในการซื้อทีอยู่อาศัยแนวราบในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1.เพื่อศึกษาส่วนประสมทางการตลาด(4Ps) พฤติกรรมผู้บริโภค และความพึงพอใจในการซื้อทีอยู่อาศัยแนวราบในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2.เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของส่วนประสมทางการตลาด(4Ps)ทีมีต่อความพึงพอใจในการซื้อทีอยู่อาศัยแนวราบในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 3.เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างส่วนประสมทางการตลาด(4Ps)และความพึงพอใจในการซื้อทีอยู่อาศัยแนวราบในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ4.เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจซื้อทีอยู่อาศัยแนวราบในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการจําแนกตามตัวแปรปัจจัยประชากรศาสตร์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า เครืองมือทีใช้ในการวิจัยครังนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (questionnaire) พบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็น เพศหญิง อายุ 20 – 30 ปี ระดับการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า สถานภาพโสด อาชีพพนักงานเอกชน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือน 15,001 – 30,000 บาท มีจำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว 2-4 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาเกี่ยวกับส่วนประสมทางการตลาดพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคและความพึงพอใจ จำนวน 400 คน พบว่ามีระดับความคิดเห็นในภาพรวมในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก ซึงส่วนประสมทางการตลาดหากแยกเป็นองค์ประกอบ พบว่า ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product) ด้านราคา (Price) ด้านช่องทางการการจัดจําหน่าย (Pace) ด้านการส่งเสริมทางการตลาด (Promotion) ด้านพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคพบว่าผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ ลักษณะบ้านทีซื้อเป็นบ้านเดียวระยะเวลาทีวางแผนตัดสินใจซื้อบ้านมากกว่า 1 ปีขึนไป ขนาดของบ้าน 101-150 ตารางวา งบประมาณในการซื้อบ้านไม่เกิน3,000,000 บาท ระยะเวลาทีต้องการผ่อนชําระ 10-20 ปี จํานวนเงินทีต้องการวาเงินดาวน์ 15% A Study of Marketing Mixes and Consumer Behaviors Affecting Satisfaction in Buying Low-Rise Housing in Samut Prakan Province have a purpose 1. To study the marketing mix (4Ps) consumer behavior 2. To study the influence of marketing mix (4Ps) on the satisfaction of buying low-rise housing in Samut Prakan Province The relationship between marketing mix (4Ps) and satisfaction in buying low-rise housing in Samut Prakan Province. The study found that The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. (questionnaire) It was found that most of the respondents were female, aged 20-30 years, bachelor's degree or equivalent, single status, private employee occupation. The average monthly income is 15,001 – 30,000 baht. There are 2-4 family members. The results of a descriptive analysis on the marketing mix. Consumer Behavior and Satisfaction of 400 people found that the overall level of opinion was at a very agree level.
