The firms have developed operational approach conjunction with strategic management to enhance ability for business competition, especially, when the firms have growth and planning expand business to international; thus will select strategies appropriately to build customers’ trust and acceptance. Hence, the firms attempt to design various strategies whose the key success is to increase potential and capability competition to global market. The global strategic management competency is the new operation approach of the firms that put an emphasis on cooperation, modernity, and proactive management to effectively respond to business change in the present. This global strategic management is developed from the integration of new knowledge, operational technique, experience of director, and technological continuously bring to optimal practice and strength of the firms.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การใช้สื่อใหม่ในรูปแบบใดบ้าง ของผู้สื่อข่าว กับการนำเสนอข่าวสารที่เปลี่ยนแปลงกระบวนการสื่อข่าว (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง รูปแบบการทำงานของผู้สื่อข่าวในกระบวนการสื่อข่าว เมื่อผู้รับสารใช้สื่อใหม่ในการรับข้อมูลข่าวสาร และ (3) เพื่อศึกษาวงจรข่าวระหว่างผู้สื่อข่าว บรรณาธิการ ช่องทางการสื่อข่าว และช่องทางการรับ ข่าวสารของผู้รับข่าวสารที่ใช้สื่อใหม่ในกระบวนการสื่อข่าว โดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้สื่อข่าวจำนวน 21 สื่อ จากแหล่งข่าว ทั้งในสื่อหนังสือพิมพ์ สื่อวิทยุโทรทัศน์ สื่อออนไลน์ เคเบิ้ล สื่อวิทยุกระจายเสียง และ นักจัดรายการ ของสื่อในศูนย์ข่าวภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ
การพัฒนาระบบวัดมาตรฐานข้อสอบโดยใช้เทคนิคการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัย กรณีศึกษา : วัดมาตรฐานข้อสอบด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศของ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบวัดมาตรฐานข้อสอบโดยใช้เทคนิคการตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัย โดยรวบรวมหลักการวัดคุณภาพเครื่องมือวิจัยไว้ในระบบพี่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วย 1) การวัดคุณภาพด้านความเชื่อมั่น 2) การวัดคุณภาพด้านความยาก/ง่าย 3) การวัดคุณภาพด้านอำนาจการจำแนก 4) การวัดคุณภาพด้านความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (IOC) และ 5) การวัดคุณภาพด้านความเป็นปรนัย โดยระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นเผยแพร่อยู่บนเครือข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตในรูปแบบเว็บแอพพลิเคชั่น ผู้ใช้ขอใช้บริการได้สะดวก ง่ายต่อการวัดคุณภาพข้อสอบปรนัย โดยการประเมินคุณภาพระบบโดยผู้ใช้ที่ทดลองใช้ระบบ
ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการปฏิบัติงานทางการบัญชีกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน ของนักบัญชีในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาของไทย

The accounting practice was conducted as comprehensive accounting system and procedures in order to achieve quality and efficiency. The accounting practice will be through the assessment process to be continuous improvement for the achievement of organizations in future. Therefore, the researcher conducted a study of relationship between of accounting practice and job efficiency of accountants in the higher education institutions of Thailand, by using a questionnaire as an instrument for higher education institutions data from 201 respondents. The statistics used for analyzing were F-test (ANOVA and MANOVA), multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis.
ผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อโซเชียลมีเดียของคนวัยทำงานในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล

การศึกษาเรื่อง “ผลกระทบจากการใช้สื่อโซเชียลมีเดียของคนวัยทำงานในกรุงเทพมหานครและปริมณฑล” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย (1) เพื่อศึกษาผลกระทบการใช้งานสื่อโซเซียลมีเดียในการสื่อสารที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปในรูปแบบสังคมก้มหน้าของผู้ส่งสารรับผู้รับสารในยุคปัจจุบัน และ (2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมของการใช้สื่อโซเซียลมีเดียที่มีผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของการสื่อสารในยุคปัจจุบันทำการศึกษากับกลุ่มตัวอย่างจานวน 2,000 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ For this study, “The Effect of Social Media on Working Citizens in Bangkok and the Surrounding Areas”, the quantitative research. การวิจัยเรื่อง “ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการเลือกชมภาพยนตร์ดิจิทัลในประเทศไทย กรณีศึกษาโรงภาพยนตร์ระบบมัลติเพล็กซ์” เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative Research) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจเลือกชมภาพยนตร์ดิจิทัลสามมิติและภาพยนตร์ดิจิทัลของผู้บริโภคทั้งในกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาการเปิดรับโฆษณาประชาสัมพันธ์ของภาพยนตร์ดิจิทัลสามมิติและภาพยนตร์ดิจิทัลของผู้บริโภคทั้งในกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด และ 3) เพื่อศึกษาแนวโน้มความนิยมของผู้บริโภคในประเภทของภาพยนตร์สามมิติและภาพยนตร์ดิจิทัลในอนาคต การเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบการจัดชั้นแบบสัดส่วน (Stratified random sampling) ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้นจานวน 1,721 คน เครื่องมือในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถาม (questionnaire) This research "Factors Effecting on Selection of Digital Cinema in Thailand Focusing on Multiplex Cinema" is a quantitative research, the aims: 1) study the factors that influence the decision of the 3D digital cinema, digital cinema and digital consumer in Bangkok and the provinces and 2) study the exposure of advertising, film and 3D digital movies, consumers in Bangkok and the provinces, and 3) study consumer trends in the types of 3D digital films and digital films in the future. The sample was selected using a stratified random sampling have a total of 1721 samples were selected in this study was a questionnaire.
นักการบัญชีไทยกับความพร้อมในการใช้มาตรฐานการบัญชีตามกรอบ มาตรฐาน กลุ่มเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน

การศึกษาเรื่องนักการบัญชีไทยกับความพร้อมในการใช้มาตรฐานการบัญชีตามกรอบ มาตรฐานกลุ่มเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในด้านความรู้ความสามารถ ด้านทักษะและด้านมาตรฐานการบัญชี จาแนกตาม เพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ ประสบการณ์ทางานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานด้านบัญชีกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ จานวน 213 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากการสัมภาษณ์จานวน 12 คน และจากการตอบแบบสอบถาม จานวน 201 คน ได้แก่ ผู้ทาบัญชี ผู้มีหน้าที่จัดทาบัญชี ธุรกิจการจัดทาบัญชี และอาจารย์ผู้สอน บัญชี และได้แบบสอบถามที่สมบูรณ์จานวน 200 ชุด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบ สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและแบบสอบถามในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่า คะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติค่าที (t-test) และสถิติ f – test This study was conducted on how often Thai Accountants complied ASEAN in term of ability, skill, and accounting standard categorized by gender, age, education, occupation, years of work, and working experience that related to accounting and information concerning to accounting standard. Sample used in this study consisted of 213 people, 12 interviewees and 201 questionnaire respondents, included bookkeepers, persons who were responsible in bookkeeping, accounting business, and accounting teachers. There were 200 completed set of questioniare. Instruments used in this research included in-dept interview and questionaire. Qualitative data analysis was conducted by using statistics which included percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and f-test.
ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพร้อมของนักบัญชี เพื่อรองรับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรู้ ระดับความพร้อมและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความพร้อมในการรองรับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนของบุคลากรทางบัญชีในเขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรทางบัญชีในสถานประกอบการ เขตภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยสถิติ Independent Sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียรสัน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า เพศและอายุที่แตกต่างกันไม่มีผลต่อความพร้อมในการรองรับ ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ระดับการศึกษามีผลต่อความพร้อมทุกด้านได้แก่ ด้านวิชาชีพ ด้านภาษา ด้านกฎหมายและด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ส่วนประสบการณ์ทำงานบัญชีมีผลต่อความพร้อมด้านภาษาและด้านกฎหมาย ระดับความรู้ความเช้าใจในประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนของบุคลากรทางบัญชีในสถานประกอบการมีความพร้อมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ความรู้ความเช้าใจเกี่ยวกับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนมีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันกับความพร้อมของบุคลากรทางบัญชีเพื่อรองรับประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียนในด้านวิชาชีพบัญชีและด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้าโดยใช้โปรแกรมอารีน่า: กรณีศึกษา อุตสาหกรรมเครื่องดื่ม

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการคลังสินค้าของกรณีศึกษา ศูนย์ กระจายสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมเครื่องดื่ม จังหวัดขอนแก่น โดยใช้ ABC Analysis การออกแบบผังการวางสินค้า และการจำลองสถานการณ์ จากการเก็บข้อมูลสินค้าจำนวน 124 รายการ ได้จัดกลุ่มจาก ความถี่ในการจ่ายออกของสินค้าออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มสินค้า A กลุ่มสินค้า B กลุ่มสินค้า C และกลุ่มสินค้า D ตามลำดับ จากนั้นได้ออกแบบการจัดวางสินค้าใหม่ตามความเหมาะสม และสร้าง แบบจำลองสถานการณ์ด้วยโปรแกรมอารีน่าเพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการเคลื่อนย้ายภายในคลังสินค้า ตัวชี้วัดประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้า ได้แก่ ระยะทาง เวลา และต้นทุน ประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น 63.09, 75.61 และ 62.45 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ตามลำดับ
Learning Innovation And Multimedia: Fraction To Mathematic Learning Result Development Of Primary 4 Students In Sammoonnak School Under The Office Of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 2.

This research aims to 1) To compare the mathematic learning result in fraction of Primary 4 students 2. To study the satisfaction in learning multimedia. The samples are 12 primary 4 students of Sammoonnak school in academic year 2562 under the office of Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area 2 with simple random sampling method. The research instruments is 2 set of fraction learning test. The statistic used in the research are mean, medium, and standard derivation. The research found the primary 4 students were encourage by fraction learning innovation and multimedia. The satisfaction is significantly high at 0.05 level.
The Development Of Thai Reading Ability By Using E-Book Of Anuban 2 Students At Phonsimanukroa School Under Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area 2.

The purposes of the action research of the development of Thai reading ability by using e-book were 1) to develop the learning achievement and Thai reading ability of Anuban 2 students 2) to prepare the reading ability for the samples. The samples of this research were 16 students of Anuban 2 class by using purposive sampling. The research instruments were 5 reading exercises, and the 20 multiple-choice test items with 3 choices. The research design was one group pre-test post-test design. The analyzed statistics in the research were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The result of the study found that 1) the proficiency of Thai reading e-book was higher than the criterion at 85.43/86.48 2) the learning achievement by using Thai reading e-book of the students was better at 86.47.
Development A Set Of Mathematics Learning Activities By Collaborative Learning With STAD Technique On The Numeral Factorization Of Primary Education.

This research has objectives to1) To study the format of a set mathematics learning activity in collaboration with STAD technique on the numeral factorization for primary education student's grade 6.2) Develop a set of collaborative mathematics learning activity with STAD technique on the numeral factorization for primary education students grade 6 to be effective according to criteria 70/70.3) Compare the learning achievement before and after studying by using a set of the mathematics learning activity that were studied in cooperation with STAD technique on the numeral factorization. 4) To study satisfaction of student on the set a collaborative mathematics learning activity with STAD technique the numeral factorization. The sample group used in this research was 30 students in Primary School, HuaywaWittayakhom School, Ban Fang District, KhonKaen Province for the academic year 2020. The tools used in this research are 1) A set of mathematics learning activities that are studied collaborative with STAD techniques on the numeral factorization. 2) A test to measure academic achievement with a set of collaborative mathematics learning activities studied by STAD with 30 questions. 3) To study students' satisfaction of a set of collaborative mathematics learning activity that studied by STAD techniques. The statistics used to analyze the data are basic statistics and t-test for dependent samples. The result of research found that 1) A set of mathematics learning activities that were studied in collaboration with STAD technique. The efficiency value of the media E1/E2was 74.33 / 70.71, which is higher than the set criteria.2) The academic achievement of students studying with a set of mathematics learning activities that were studied in collaboration with STAD technique. After studying higher than before study statistically significant at 0.5 level. 3) Satisfaction of students with a set of mathematics learning activities that were studied in collaboration with STAD technique at a very high level (x = 4.47).
Education Of Eight Moral And Ethics Of Opportunity Expansion School Under The Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.

Research on the study of 8 moral and ethics of opportunity expension school. Under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the objective is 1) to study the moral and ethical level of school students. Under the Primary Educational Service Area Office, District 2 2) to compare morality and ethics of opportunity expansion school Under the Under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, divided by gender, the population used in this research was students and schools expanding opportunities. Under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, there are a total of 28 schools with the number of students 3, 898 people; 320 people in the research for academic year 1/2020 from 8 groups of educational quality development The sample size was determined by quota sampling. The instrument used was 320 sets of moral and ethical assessments and a computer program was used to analyze the data. The statistics used in the analysis of the research data were Percentage, Mean (x ̅), Standard Devition. The research results were found that Comparisons of 8 Morality and Ethics of opportunity expansion school Under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, divided by gender, moral and ethical level of male and female students In general, there is a high level of moral and ethics. And found that male and female students had different moral and ethical levels.
Development Mathematical Skills On Addition Subtraction Multiplication And Division Of Fractions By E-Learning For Primary 6 Students In Ban Hin Roi Moei School Under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2.

The objectives of the study were 1. To Develop Mathematical skills on dition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fractions for Primary 6 students. 2 . To compare the learning achievements between before study and after study by E-Learning for the samples, selected from 5 cases of primary 6 students in Ban Hin Roi Moei school of the Academic Year 2020 under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by using the Purposive Sampling. The instruments used for gathering data were addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fraction lessons on development Mathematics skills. The statistics were the mean and the standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows 1) Comparison the learning achievements of the primary 6 students in Ban Hin Roi Moei school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 on the development Mathematics skills by E-Learning between before study and after study, before study has the mean at 53.6 (x􀴤= 53.6) and the standard deviation at 11.17 (S.D. = 11.17) and after study has the mean at 70.8 (x􀴤 = 70.8) and the standard deviation at 13.97 (S.D. = 13.97). The study was found that the after study achievement was higher. 2) The outcomes of the samples, the primary 6 students in Ban Hin Roi Moei school under Chaiyaphum Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, after study was higher than before study.
Study Of Students’ Moral Principles And Ethics As Perceived By Administrators And Teachers In Educational Extended Schools Under Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area Office 5.

This research aimed to study and compare the moral principles and ethics of students by administrators and teachers in educational Extended Schools under Khonkaen primary educational service area office 5, as perceived by students' parents as they were classified by genders, Position, and income. The population included 1,284 administrators and teachers of educational Extended schools Khonkaen primary educational service area office 5 in the academic year 2020. The sample group consisted of 360 administrators and teachers selected by means of the stratified random sampling, using Yamane Then a simple sampling was performed and using Stratified Random Sampling formula to determine the sample size. The research instrument was a forty-item questionnaire with a five-level Likert scale, which yielded the reliability value of .95 The data were analyzed using frequency distributions, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and t-test. 1. the moral principles and ethics of students by administrators and teachers in educational Extended Schools Khonkaen primary educational service area office 5, The overall and individual aspects of the students' moral principles were perceived to be at a high level. Arranged in an order from high to low, the moral principles and ethics in the individual aspects were as follows: discipline, Politeness, Kindness, Cleanliness, Honesty, Diligence, Unity and frugality responsibility, frugality, and efficient uses of resources. 2. There was no significant difference in the opinions of administrators and teachers regarding the students' moral principles between male and female 3. There was significant difference, at the level of .05, in the opinions of the administrators and teaches whose they were classified by genders, Position were different regarding the overall and all individual aspects the students' moral principles and ethics. 4. There was significant difference, at the level of .05, in the opinions of the administrators and teachers whose Work experience were different regarding the overall and all individual aspects the students' moral principles and ethics.
Development Of Computer-Aided Courseware To Teach Programming In Python Technology Secondary School Grade 2, Sichomphusuksa School Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization.

Objective of this research is 1) to develop computer-assisted lessons on programming with Python. Technology Grade 2 with an effective 80/80 criterion 2) to compare students' learning achievement before and after class with computer-assisted lessons on programming with Python. Technology Mathayomsuksa 2 and 3) to study students' satisfaction with computer-assisted learning about programming in Python. Technology Secondary school year 2 developed by the researcher The sample used in this research was Mathayom Suksa 2/10 students at Sichomphusuksa School. Khon Kaen Provincial Administrative Organization In the first semester of the academic year 2020, 32 students were obtained using Cluster Random Sampling.The research tools were 1) Computer-aided lessons on programming with Python 2). There were 30 4-choice choices for the achievement test, which had a classification power ranging from 0.22 to 0.78, and the confidence in the whole version was 0.85. Computer teaching aids It was a 5-level estimation scale model with a discriminant power ranging from 0.34 to 0.75 with a total confidence value of 0.84. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation. And the Dependent Sample t-test. The results were as follows. 1. Computer-Aided Lessons Teach Programming in Python Technology Secondary school year 2 had the efficiency 87.03 / 84.90 meeting the set criteria. 2. The students had significantly higher post-study achievement at the .01 level, which was based on the hypothesis. 3. The research titled ‘The Participation of the Basic Educational Committee in Administration the School in Phayakkhaphum Phisai district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 aimed to 1) to investigate the participation of the Basic Educational Committee Administration of the school in Phayakkhaphum Phisai district under Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2; 2) to compare the participation of the Basic Educational Committee Administration of the school in Phayakkhaphum Phisai district under Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2. The number of 218 participants was selected from a stratified random sampling of Krejcie and Morgan tables. The study results were as follows. 1.The study indicated that the participation of the Basic Educational Committee Administration of the school in Phayakkhaphum Phisai district under Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2, was at a good level when considered from academic administration, finance administration, human resources, and general administration were all at a good level. 2.The comparison result of the participation of the Basic Educational Committee Administration of the school in Phayakkhaphum Phisai district under Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 2 indicated that the participants from the same gender and similar-aged rank the participation of the Basic Educational Committee were no significant difference in statistical number equaled .05 whereas the participants from different careers, educations the participation of the Basic Educational Committee were significant differences in statistical number equaled .01

The objectives of this research were aimed to 1) to investigate academics administration guidelines in small schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to propose academics administration guidelines in small schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research on the Academics Administration Guidelines of Small Schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, has divided into two main phrases as follows. Phrase 1 to observe School principals and teachers' guidelines and opinions from the Academic Department about academic administration in small schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Phrase 2 to propose academics administration guidelines of in small schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The number of 235 participants was selected from school principals using multi-stage sampling of Krejcie and Morgan tables. The research tools consisted of three main parts, as follows. Firstly, General Background, i.e., position, education, age, and work experiences by employed checklist. Second, Academics administration guidelines in small schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 which covered five dimensions of administration, and the last part were additional opinions and suggestion from school principals and teachers about academics administration guidelines in small schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 from open-ended questions. The study results indicate that the principals and teachers had qualified in academic administration in small schools in Muang Maha Sarakham district under Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 at a good level, particularly in the administration of educational curriculum, teaching, assessment, evaluation, and grade transfer, development, media, innovation and technology, and development of learning resources were all at a good level.
